No option to change regular payment amount in PAYG anymore

Hello all,

I have a regular topup amount thats automatically taken from my bank account every month, I want to increase the payment, but there’s no longer any option to manage it in the new app or on the topup portal.

If it releveant - this is PAYG electric with a SmartMeter.

Any help is appreciated.

We no longer offer the scheduled payments feature on the app, so the amount previously set cannot be changed. If any previously scheduled payment has recently been taken and not added to your meter, it'll be returned to your bank account. We have a slightly similar topic on the Forum that may also be helpful here:

 

 

If you want to top up by more, you can always top up at any time.
