Hi, hope someone can help. Had a new pre paid gas meter installed last Monday after mine had failed. Unfortunately OVO have not supplied a new card as they said they would, shops they stated stoke them don't. Fortunately I have located a shop with OVO cards, OVO have sent me 2 codes that don't bloody work...what fo I do know?? And to top it all the customer service personally said he couldn't help me due to his shift finishing in 2 minutes 😱😱😱😡😡😡 can someone help.
