Is this for a traditional key or card meter or for a smart meter?

If it’s for a traditional key or card Pay As You Go meter, you have to insert the key or card to the meter and follow the instructions on screen. If you’ve done this for a smart meter, you should have a receipt with a UTRN code on that you can enter onto the meter directly. If you’ve tried the appropriate method for whichever meter type you have and it didn’t apply, I’d suggest reaching out to the Support Team so they can help with this.
