New Ovo App for Payg not showing my meter balance

Hello,

I have been using the New Ovo app for payg and I logged in to top up and my meter balance has disappeared.  I went and topped up online instead, but the app keeps saying an error has occurred.  Do you know if anything is wrong with the app as the Top Up website is working OK.  The app still has all my other details there but not my meter balance so I cannot top up on app.  Thank You for any replys.  It says error 404 if that helps.

I’d DEFINITELY recommend letting the Support Team know so they can dig into this one!

However, I’ll also give ​@Ben_OVO a heads up as he might be able to ping the teams that look after the system to dig into it.

Hello,

I can't  speak to support online or otherwise as they don't answer or if they do, they can't  help.  I topped up online.  If anyone could look into this it's the new top up app the one that's being tested.
