My electric went off no credit or emergency credit. I’m on pre pay smart meter I’ve topped it up but electric hasn’t come back on please help

Like Blastoise186 has mentioned, sometimes if the supply has been off completely before topping back up, you may need to re-enable the meter itself. We’ve got a really helpful topic dedicated to this below:
