Like Blastoise186 has mentioned, sometimes if the supply has been off completely before topping back up, you may need to re-enable the meter itself. We’ve got a really helpful topic dedicated to this below:

Hi @Sj140801 ,

After topping up, you may need to go to the meter itself to restore supply. Please show us photos of the meter you’ve got with the display lit up.
