IHD Display showing "Waiting for Balance.." since yesterday

Everything was normal. But since yesterday, I noticed the IHD unit shows “Waiting for Balance..” since yesterday, been about 24 hours now.. Unplugged and plugged back in, no luck. Thankfully, I topped up recently and still have electricity.

    Hi ​@ssray23 and thanks for your post.

     

    My recommendation would be to contact our PAYG Support Team, and request that they send a remote request called an ‘XJOIN’ via a system called ‘Bol’. They’ll know what this means, and this should hopefully get the device working again (as long as it’s an issue with the IHD, and not the meters themselves).

     

    When you speak to them, they’ll be able to have a look at the meters too, to see if everything’s working as it should be.
