Issue with 0330 175 9669???

I have been on hold for 50 minutes. Before that 25 minutes but the line was cut off. Is something big going on??? Really odd. Should I stay on line???

Giving up, been over an hour on hold. Try again later.


I don’t thing OVO staff their phones or online chat.    It’s can be impossible to get through to them and take days for any form of response !


In the last few days it was taking 10 minutes to get throw. Too long but still did get to talk to someone. Rather odd. Monday morning, feels like something is going on. But that is speculation which is not helpful. 😉 I’m going to try again in a few hours. Got work to do.


Monday mornings are often busier with people wanting to get in touch after the weekend.
