How to manually add credit to your Aclara smart meter

 

In this short video we'll show you how to top up your electricity credit on your Aclara second generation (SMETS2) meter. 

 

You'll need your Unique Transaction Reference Number (UTRN) which can be found on your top-up receipt, or confirmation email. Then just follow the steps in the video.
