I’m a pay as you go key meter customer and have always had £20 emergency credit available. Now it has suddenly changed to £15 and when I looked into it on the support package page it says that emergency credit remains at £15. I think it has actually decreased from £20 to £15 which seems like a small amount but considering the cost of living crisis it makes a difference to me! Has anyone else noticed this?

I’d advise reaching out to the support team about this to be sure yours hasn’t changed. For customers who have certain meter types like multi-rate meters, emergency credit is typically £20 & shouldn’t have changed.
