I’m a pay as you go key meter customer and have always had £20 emergency credit available. Now it has suddenly changed to £15 and when I looked into it on the support package page it says that emergency credit remains at £15. I think it has actually decreased from £20 to £15 which seems like a small amount but considering the cost of living crisis it makes a difference to me! Has anyone else noticed this?

Hey @Flora48

I’d advise reaching out to the support team about this, for customers who have certain meter types emergency credit is £20 & shouldn’t have changed.
