electric top up not avalible

Hello on my OVO app my electricity top has gone and I cannot find a way to get it back, it’s just my gas that’s showing can anyone help please I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling nothing is working

Hello I did this and the lady said she has added it on for me and it would take a few hours to update, this was this morning and it’s now 10pm still nothing

I’m glad to see Nukecad already stopped by with some helpful advice on this and that you’ve already been in touch with the Support Team. 

 

Is it showing up now? I know others on the Forum have had the same issue and it usually takes a few hours but can take a day or 2 to show up also. If you still can’t see it later on today, I would definitely get back in touch with the team to check on it.
