Hi @mquinn ,

Nope, they're both paused while using Emergency Credit. Collection will resume on the next top-up though and will sap whatever wasn't taken on schedule.

You'll still pay them, but you don't pay them immediately.

hi, it is not that it has got mixed up. both meters run separately and both take different amounts for daily standing charges. both have been pushed into emergency credit by ovo taking seperate charges from from each meter. the meters are running and reading separately and are being charged continuously by ovo both are on emergency credit because ovo have pushed them onto it and ovo are still taking the charges.

the meters are not confused, ovo have said that it is not happening as they cannot see it. yet it clearly is. I am going to run out of emergency credit even because they are taking over £1 every day from my gas and over £1.40 from my electricity.  that is without me using a single penny

the above is happening now whilst both are on emergency credit and I still have to wait until tomorrow before I can contact them again as I can guarantee that I will not get this sorted within the 48 hours window that ovo have said

so as it has now passed midnight again, the same is still happening. How can OVO say this is not happening

electric shows £9.40

now it shows £8.00

This is a reduction of the daily standing charge and of debt repayment

gas shows at £13.16

the gas normally takes up to 40 minutes to a change, just like when a credit goes on.

So stand by for the next pic

as I expected,  the gas has been charged daily standing charge and debt repayment yet again.

Hi, i dont understand how and where i can see a private message.  Really new ti this forum.

So i spoke to a lady at OVO yesterday and she tild me that she has stopped my meters taking any charges or debt repayments from my emergency credit, but yet again what ovo say amd what they do are 2 very different things because charges are still being taken from my emergency credit. I just watxhed my electricity go down at midnight yet again.

Why are they doing this. Why say one thing and then not do it. I even got a transcript again showing the ovo agent saying that they have stopped it and yet it is still happening.

I have to wait until the 14th for an engineer now.

I out a few pounds on my meter to try to ensure i have some emergency credit but they still take it in charges.

Please can someone helo me
