Hi, i wanted to pay bill by cash on pay point but they were asking me for a barcode to scan which I haven’t got on my bill. How can i do that?

Hi ​@Noora ,

If your bill doesn’t have the barcode, I’m afraid you can’t use PayPoint for it. You’ll need to use another method.

There is no barcode in my email bill, so i could pay at paypoint.
