Hi, I have a PAYG - not smart meter. My screen is blank, even though I have tried pressing the blue button. I topped up my key card with £50 but I'm not sure if it was processed as my screen is blank. I'm really worried my electricity will run out as it's the Easter holiday weekend. I tried to call SSE/OVO earlier but they keep punting me to their website chat - who tell me to call them. I can't get any contact. Any ideas what I can do? There was a power failure earlier in the week but my electricity is still on. Thanks in advance

It’s in Free Vend Mode until it gets reset. You won’t get cut off in the meantime.
Please get in touch with Support again from Tuesday to get an engineer out.
