Why can I still not sign in to my OVO account?

Seriously!  How long does it take to build a new website or update my account or whatever it is you’re actually doing?  There are issues that I want to investigate and can’t seem to.  Begining to think I’m being deliberately stonewalled.

There can be a number of reasons for this, and as we don’t have access to accounts here at the Forum we cannot be sure what that reason is.
