In January my account suddenly had a creditvl of £1600 when I should have been in credit by £400. I looked at my online bills which had become minus figures. I did report it and a couple of times since. Ovo can't give me a time frame of when my account will be sorted. Has anyone else experienced this?

That’s an unusual experience there, @Racheal. Well done for raising it with our Support team. 

 

My advice is to carry on paying for your energy as usual if you say the credit balance on the account is wrong. I can understand that you would want this sorted as it might be causing a lower recommended Direct Debit payment. So drop our Support team a web chat if and when you wanted an update.
