Just now, 9am 27th November 2025, unable to log into account at my.ovoenergy.com

Says:

“Wrong username or password“

Password reset doesn’t work, eg. no email received.

Something broken your end ?

Yes, tried deleting cookies, no difference.

I’d suggest letting Support know! Sounds like they need to dig into this.
