Dear Ovo team, 
 
I hope you are well.
 
I would appreciate it if you could help me set up an account. I have just moved in, and my stress is quite high, please. 
 
​I​ have received ​my welcome email. ​I am trying to set up an account, but I am not receiving a verification email, and I cannot activate my account! The bot AI is not very helpful. Best Joanna
