I recently moved into an apartment. The previous tenants used OVO Energy and I would like to use them too. I have submitted my email address and have done so repeatedly, but no link has been sent to my email. How can I get urgent assistance?

You need to set up an account in your name first. Please try https://switch.ovoenergy.com so you can get started.
You’ll be able to set up online services once that’s done.
