My “Profile” does not include a link to “Our Partners”; where is it or any suggestions?

If your browser has excessively strict anti-tracker settings, it can break sites. Try turning the settings down to Balanced or Standard - this usually helps.

It is beyond my understanding but with Firefox, not Google, I have the “Our Partners” link and, supposedly, I will get all these Tesco points in 60 days. Many thanks for your help. JB

How do you link Tesco clubcard? I have looked on app and can’t see it anywhere. J

Hi ​@jod295 ,

If the offer is still active (which it does appear to be), you’ll find it in the app - but you have to be on OVO Beyond i.e. paying by Direct Debit and have a Smart Meter for it to show up. It’s under Profile → Our Partners in the app.

If you pay any other way, you cannot redeem this one.

As part of the previous Tesco partnership offer, i linked my clubcard, however, although having updated the OVO app to version 20.0.4, The current offer is not appearing within my beyond tab. I don’t want to miss out on the opportunity of winning 1 million clubcard points therefore am keen to have this resolved and would appreciate some support. When logging on to the OVO webpage, ‘partnerships’ also no longer appear under my profile.

I've reached out internally because I’ve noticed a few others have been having the same issue. If you could take a moment to check that your app is updated to the latest version, that would be great! Also, try closing the app completely and reopening it—this should help refresh everything. 

 

 If I hear anything new, I’ll make sure to update this thread. I’ll also tag ​@CMW so they receive a notification as they might be able to help.
