OVO closed for Christmas- My electricity is off supply, help!

Hi.

 

I have no electric and need to contact someone from ovo energy. It says online not open now till 28th. Can someone please help me? It is not a power outage or anything to do with that. Already called 105.

Do you know what the problem is? Has your electricity meter failed?

OVO’s phone lines should be open right now. 0330 303 5063.

But if you’re on Pay As You Go, you need Boost instead, it’s 0330 102 7517.

If you’re off supply for electricity and we’re closed, please call the Distribution Network Operator (DNO) on 105 – (they’re the people responsible for problems with the cables supplying electricity to your home).

 

Before you ring, please remember to:

  • Check your trip switch
