Totally confused. I have advised OVO that I have changed my email address yet they keep sending emails to my old address which I now cannot read!

    How can you be sure that emails are being sent to your old email address if you can't access them? Either way, if you contact our Support Team through the link below, they will be able to verify that your communication preferences have been updated to reflect your new email address.
