missing DD payment

Why is my DD payment that came out not showing on my account? I am having nothing but problems with Ovo at the minute and alraedy have a case going with the Ombudsman. But it just seems to be an ongoing problem with my account. How long does it take for a DD payment to show on my account?

    MIne usually show up the same day on the OVO account, but they can sometimes take up to 3-days to show up .

    I’d say that if it’s been longer than a few days since yours was taken from your bank then you should contact support.
