Our Product teams are constantly evolving and updating the App, and sometimes you may be on an outdated version that doesn’t work properly. if you’re experiencing issues, it's always worth deleting the app from your device and reinstalling it, so that you have the latest version. You may be able to set your apps to ‘auto-update’ via your device. If our App or online account portal ever suffer an outage we’ll look to get this fixed ASAP.
Update on OVO app issues from this weekend: This has now been fixed and the OVO app is now available along with the web online account: https://my.ovoenergy.com/login
