Hey all!

 

We’ve had an update on OVO app issues from this weekend: This has now been fixed and the OVO app is now available along with the web online account: https://my.ovoenergy.com/login

Hopefully you’re able to view the daily usage on the app now.

Not yet. No working app.

If it’s not working, try restarting your phone completely. Sometimes that helps.

If I uninstall the app from my phone and re-install it, would that work? I wouldn't lose my details and info?

That might fix it. You’ll have to set it up again though as most devices delete all app data when you do that.

In fact, you’ll need to remove all app data. Trust me, it works.

Hi. Yes. I had a WhatsApp exchange with OVO and they confirmed only my password would be lost in doing that. However, I just logged out, changed my password this morning and it was fixed. Phew!

When accessing app on iPhone , it asks to update.

i select update, but in App Store there is no update , just the app. Select that , it just takes you back to OVO app asking for update. I cannot access app because of this. I have tried deleting app & reinstalling.
