I've had 2 emails about a direct debit both of different amounts for the same account. How can I find out which ones correct?

Did you manage to get in touch with our Support Team following ​@Blastoise186’s advice?

 

I’d also suggest two things here. Firstly, you could log into your online banking to see what your Direct Debit is currently set as with OVO. Secondly, you can log into your online account or app, and you’ll be able to see your Direct Debit amount that way. You can manage your Direct Debit online, and here’s some guides to help you do that:

I've been in work so far. Will do Thursday.

the app says a figure but I'm changing to a different tariff.

the emails say the same figure I'm paying now plus another email with a different figure.

but both emails say this is your new figure!

So it's confusing, will message Thursday as I get home after they have closed.
