How to access account for second property

Hi, already had OVO account set up for one property, now other property has been transferred to OVO. How can I add a second property to view online on my account? Each has a separate account number, but when I try to set up a second online account it takes my email address and only lets me see the first account.

Howdy @Mairi Norman !

 

This is best done with the help of the Support Team. They’ll link the accounts for you, and you’ll then be able to use the account switcher freely to swap between them.

 

https://ovoenergy.com/help is the fastest way.

 

Once the Support Team have linked your accounts together, you’ll be able to switch between them under one login:
