Hi, already had OVO account set up for one property, now other property has been transferred to OVO. How can I add a second property to view online on my account? Each has a separate account number, but when I try to set up a second online account it takes my email address and only lets me see the first account.

If you have multiple accounts for different properties then our Support Team can link the accounts. You’ll then be able to access them separately under one login of your online account or app. For this to be done, all accounts need to be linked under the same email address. Below you’ll find a guide showing you how to switch between accounts once they’re linked together.

This is best done with the help of the Support Team. They’ll link the accounts in MyOVO for you, and you’ll then be able to use the account switcher freely to swap between them.
