Generally the whole process completes within 10 working days - you should see it within the next few days or so. Please wait for BACS to do its thing!

​@Blastoise186 is right here, and you should have had an automated email confirming the refund timescales? Ten working days is the official timescale, but generally speaking you’ll see the money within four days. If nothing has been received after ten working days please contact our Support Team who’ll chase it up for you.
