@Bauldyone if you’re in your renewal window you should be able to view your renewal options via your online account / app:

If you’re looking at comparison sites just make sure to provide your annual usage figures for electricity and gas. If you’re unsure of these feel free to send me a private message, and I’ll grab the figures for you. If you find a good supplier that’s coming up cheaper and switch, then it’s a shame to see you go. However, money is king at the end of the day, and we’d always promote switching if it’s within a customer’s best interests.

All is revealed here: Our prices | OVO Energy. Use the filters to help make sense of the page. Note that these prices are all ex VAT.

Hiya @Bauldyone and welcome to the OVO Forum!

Thanks @Firedog for your help here.

If you’re thinking of signing up to OVO you can also get a quote online here: https://www.ovoenergy.com/. It’ll help if you ask your current supplier to give you your annual usage figures in kwh for electricity, and gas if you have it. You can then put these figures into our website to get an accurate quote for a Direct Debit amount.

Hi

I’m already a customer coming to the end of a fixed deal. I’m looking at comparison sites and they come with some good deals. The only problem is OVO has all ways been ok so hesitant to change… it’s a shame they don’t price match for loyal consumers
