How can I tell my day and night readings apart on an economy 7 meter?
I have just submitted my first readings, but I'm not sure if reading 1 on my meter is day or night?

When using a traditional meter, you may see readings labeled as "high" and "low" or "day" and "night." If the labels are not there, you can check the current reading against your past readings on the ‘Meter Readings’ page of your online account or the OVO app, available for download on Android or iOS.
If you still can't figure it out, try a Load Test. To do this, take two sets of readings during your peak hours. Only one reading should change; this will be your daytime register.
Check your electricity meter twice in one day. First, read it in the morning after 9am. Then, read it again in the afternoon or evening before 9pm. After you have the two readings, email us at hello@ovoenergy.com with the information below.
Register IDs are the little numbers or letters on the left-hand side of the reading (e.g. R1/R2/L/N etc).
