I cannot see the boiler bundle for existing customers on the app or the web. When I spoke to OVO customer service they said it was being resolved (3 weeks ago) Any suggestions ?

Some more news. If your post is regarding the 1 Year Fixed + Boiler Cover tariff, then this tariff is only available for one year, and can’t be renewed. If you’re on this tariff, and are up for renewal, you’ll need to renew onto any available OVO tariff. You can then reach out to the Boiler Cover team to discuss renewal of your cover.
