Can I change from Economy 10 to Economy 7 online?

It looks like Blastoise has already given you a great answer! Changing tariffs can be a bit tricky, so we recommend reaching out to our Support Team. They’ll have a look at your account and see if they can help you switch to an Economy 7 tariff. We’re hopeful it’ll be an easy fix!

 

 

I’ll include our Support contact options in the article below—just a heads-up that they re-open on Monday because of the bank holiday in Scotland and the return from the festive season.

Unfortunately not I’m afraid. This is a complex action and requires manual intervention - it’s also not guaranteed to be possible.

Please contact OVO Support if you wish to explore this as they’ll be best placed to advise on whether it’s possible or not.
