Hey @stumadey ,

Try https://plans.ovoenergy.com for that! :)

The link that Blasyoise186 has given is the correct one for the currently availabe tariffs.

Enter your postcode and select “Find energy plans, and then select “Gas” to show the gas only tariffs for your area.

Scroll down past the variable tariffs to find the fixed  gas only tariffs for existing customers.

Note that those are the currently offered tariffs, and at the momrnt the fixed ones often change week to week or even day by day.

(And of course the variable ones will increase on 1st Jan)

What is the  name of your current tariff? I assume that it is a fixed tatiff as you say it ends in December?

Morning @stumadey and thanks for your post.

If the end date on your gas tariff is before 25/12/2026, then you should be able to see your renewal options via the online account / app:

If you’re not able to see your renewal options, then you can check the link Blastoise186 has sent to get an idea of the rates. Ultimately though, you’ll need to contact our Support Team to renew your tariff, if the option isn’t there online. If you get in contact, they'll be able to give you a quote, and will be able to renew your plan if you wish.

Let us know how you get on.

Turns out the issue is with my smart gas meter unable to connect ovo are sending engineer out in a couple of weeks

On previous visits they couldn't get it to work so fingers crossed

Electric has always worked ok

I'm a bit confused now because the smart meter not connecting should have no effect whatsoever on your being able to see the tatiffs.

The two things are not connected in any way at all.

(I can see the tarrifs, as in my screenshot above, and I'm not even an OVO customer anymore).
