Are there any plans at OVO HQ to put a line of text onto the summary part of the bill to say an entry for  EBSS payment is in Charges Detail?? These Where’s my £66 questions are coming in droves.

          Interesting. 

          Does it depend on how you look at your bills?

          I don't see the changes on my phone that @Blastoise186 posted. Perhaps i am not looking in the right place. 

          And they don't appear in the screens posted by customers after @Blastoise186 posted? So it's not just me? 

          We are still getting confused customers on the forum today?

          Should this be left open for a bit longer until we can visibly see it has made a difference?
