Provide the card for Top Up when the engineer installs, that way it would be seamless and much less stressful than living on Emergency Credit, when you work shifts and just want to top up at the shop.

I’m afraid the way it works means the engineer can’t do that.
You do have options though. The app itself can instantly generate barcodes for use in shops and you can literally just use it purely for that if you want without ever topping up via the app. Or you can get OVO to post a physical card out to you - just ask Support and they’ll do that.
