A recently discovered flaw with the routing logic of OVO Chat suggests that the system tries to redirect members to their account management squad at the weekends when their squad isn’t around. This is obviously fine during the week because you want to get routed that way by default, but not at a weekend when it’s limited service.
Could the logic be tweaked so that at a weekend - or anytime your account management squad isn’t around - you can be redirected to the general queue so that you can at least speak to someone?
