Probably a lot of work to set up but as the phones and online chat seems to be ridiculously hammered at the moment wouldn’t it be nice to display a graph like this:

I’ve been sent an update on this idea:

 

We did look at this, but given the energy crisis and changes being announced, there’s few periods when call volumes aren’t high, and we expect that to be the case for quite some time.  

 

We also don’t want to promote customer contact over self serving via help articles, this forum, and the online account, which we would be by showing its green on calls for example.

 

Advisors are cross skilled to work on calls, web messenger and WhatsApp, so if one queue is quiet it doesn’t mean others aren’t or that it will be any easier to get through to us.  It might be misleading. So this one has been looked at and wont be a goer at this point. 

 

Thanks for this idea and we welcome any thoughts below. In the meantime I’ll change the status of this.
