I note that some of your competitors use different colours on the Daily Usage Graph for Peak and Off-Peak Electricity Usage. Additionally, on the Daily Electricity Usage Graph they show both Total kWh as well as Off-Peak kWh. This is a very useful information to have as it informs customers as to the usage and can then adjust their usage to become more efficient.
That sort of arrangement is fine if billing is based on half-hourly consumption data, and the colour-coding could be really helpful. OVO doesn’t have that sort of billing yet, so I reckon it could lead to confusion when there’s no exact correspondence between the start of half-hour slots and the tariff - and often circuit - switching times.

Our Product team have advised that, at the moment, we don’t have the capability to show peak and off-peak usage separately on the online account / app. However they have mentioned that this is something that’s now on the radar, and have asked me to open this up for votes.
