It would be really useful to add Region to the Plan page

https://account.ovoenergy.com/plan

This would really help customers and queries related to the Ofgem price cap which vary by region.

It would save users having to look up their region. For example here

Thanks for this idea, @Jeffus.

So the Plan section of your online account will show your current prices, and our Prices page shows all plans available based on your region.

Can you let us know what information regarding the ‘region’ you would want to show?

On the plan page

For example

Region: Eastern.

Then when we sign post the ofgem page they can very easily see the maximum rate for their region.

https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/energy-price-guarantee-regional-rates/energy-price-guarantee-prepayment-meters-regional-rates-july-to-september-2023

This quite often happens when the cap changes every quarter and customers query why their rate look high.

Lots of little self service things like this would help ovo be even better than the competition.

You could even include things like the DNO name on the plan page.

Makes perfect sense to me. Thanks for clarifying @Jeffus.

Including an updated Estimated Annual Cost like you do on the tariff information label for new quotes would be a nice touch, with consistent wording of the terms ideally.

OVO already include the Future Annual Consumption on the plan page.

That would save a lot of time on the forum as it is not available on the website or app or bills.
