Why solis cloud not showing power flow on website and app as well?

I’m using solis inverter of s5 series and on my green meter it is showing exported units but my solis cloud app doesn’t show the graph!

I’ve seen other threads but nothing works.

It seems to be to do with how your inverter is set up and not knowing that, it’s not possible to suggest a solution. 
Also, as with others, you seem to be based outside the UK and so there may be technical differences in the specification.
