If my batteries reach 100% before the sun goes down the solarman app shows 100% all night.  It doesn’t reset until the actual soc gets down to around 70% the next day.  when this is a problem for me is when then sun is putting out and my batteries show 100% they won’t charge.  The following screen shot shows this happening.  I should be getting around 7kw right now, but I don’t because the batteries are showing 100%.  Nothing goes to the grid because I have it set that way.  My only fix is to plug my truck in or create a large draw and make the actual soc gone down below 70% and then the soc suddenly will show 65% or so.  Any help would be appreciated.

@scottdeb99 welcome to the forum. I don't know the the system (I don't even have solar) so my go to approach is to ask Chat and it seems the issue is well known. Look at the screen shot below and if it seems to be something that is relevant you can get the full details in the link after that.

I hope that is of use to you.

From your image, it looks like you are not UK based (this is a UK forum) so your rules and regulations might be different but ..

It sounds like the battery calibration is out. Sometimes, there is a calibration facility in the app but generally you need to charge the batteries to 100% and hold them there for 2-3 hours, then discharge as far as the system will allow , then charge again. This should reset the battery monitor levels

@scottdeb99 thanks for your post, and a warm welcome to the community. I’ve added storage battery and solar panel badges to your account profile so that other Forum members can see the kit you have installed.

Have you had any luck following the steps suggested by @Peter E and @BPLightlog?
