Gone through the survey, agreement and deposit paid phase.

And no follow up.

Phone number given is out of service and the email address doesn’t respond!

Does anyone have contact info that actually works?

Just adding a public update for any viewers to the thread as we’ve been chatting offline. I’m happy to report that we’ve got next steps for you and that we’re waiting on confirmation from the national grid. 

 

Please keep us updated on your progress with the install and we’d love to see some photos when it’s completed 😍
