Have you tried contacting Octopus or Greg Jackson directly via Twitter ? He’s also on LinkedIn. He does respond.

I've still had no reply regarding the meter dreads I've sent in all they've said is well price match what you pay so I pay 50 there'llatch it .
I'm not interested in a price match I want to get to the bottom of why their charging me such high estimates
I've done what I was advised that is to send a weeks worth of readings which I've dated and done and they won't seem to send me a bill for those readings.
I've sent in readings and I've dom0ared to mine and they've got it down as estimated when I've readings I've sent in as I save all documentations.
How can I can then to send me the reads /bill for those readings it like their avoiding it .
I'm not prepared to price match on a bill I shouldn't have who would.
812.00 for 3 months and I've nothing on certainly in my eyes needs rectifying.
Also when the electrician called he said theirs no Amos is that right going through his tester he said so how on earth are they charging you what they are even estimated .
He asked me to turn in what I use daily and it still didn't give out hardly anything .

I can’t speak for another company. But with OVO our procedure if a meter is clocking too much consumption (in regards to billing) is to re-estimate usage for that period once the meter is replaced based on the readings from the nee meter.
They've still not sent me a 7 day reading bill but they've sent me one from the 6th Dec to 8th December for 47.00 for 2 days .
My electrician can't understand it he said I even put a clamp metre on it and nothing and I witnessed it, he said that's not right for 2 days
I've not yet emailed Mr Jackson due to health issues but I will message .
