Have been woth Ovo for 4 years and have today switched my Audi Q4 etron to an MG im6.
As my home wall charger hasn't changed (Podpoint), I assumed my new car would be compatible with Charge Anytime. However, appears not.
Can anyone confirm if this is the case before I search out a new provider?
As a company car driver doing 1000 miles a week, no way I'm going to pay the standard electric tariff for charging..
Thanks

I swapped my Pod Point Solo 3 for an Indra Smart Pro Gen 2 as it’s compatible with OVO Charge Anytime. We have two EVs, and it makes everything so much easier than having a compatible car. If you call Indra directly and talk to their Sales Department you can negotiate a reduced price for swapping over the unit rather than paying for a new full installation cost. Honestly, it was worth every penny.

If memory serves… You can often get a discount off the installation in those cases because half the work is already done i.e. the wiring from the house is already present which slashes the labour costs.

There’s only so many ways to wire up a plug! :)
That’s exactly what I did with Indra. I explained that I didn’t need a full installation as most of the work was already done. There’s no option for this on their website, but a quick phone call was all that was needed.
