Hey folks, and OVO tech, new to the forum and the first impression is that the tech has bugs (unusual as usually forums are run on third party software)
Tried registering… thought it had worked yesterday but today was told had incorrect details (they were saved in Dashlane but let’s assume I got that wrong somehow).
So I choose reset password … and then just get sent in an infinite loop where I am presented with the login screen again, then try and reset password and so on … repeat forever.
Then I tried to create an account again but that just went to the login screen too
Then weirdly I got an activation email a few minutes later.
This stuff resonates with the experience on the Charge Anytime app and OVO app too, just feels like the initial experience is so poor, for a 2025 IT platform, that thought it worth commenting.
