Hello, I am trying to do the video survey for a charger installation. Unfortunately, my phone (Pixel 8) will not allow the Ovo website to access the camera or microphone and I cannot see where in the settings I can give permission. Any ideas please?

Hi Mark,
       As .Ksansbury suggested, try whatsapp, I had a OVO Solar survey on my house and it was done using WhatsApp video, I used the app and then deleted it when the survey was completed.
