Hi does anybody know when the application are open for the Warm Home Discount 2024/2025 for Scotland's broader group?

When does the Warm Home Discount application open?

The application for scheme year 2025/26 is now open to eligible customers who need to apply. If you’re on a low income in Scotland please contact your energy supplier to apply. If you’re with OVO, you can do that through this form.
All other eligible groups will usually get the discount automatically if you’re eligible. You can find out more about full eligibility on the Warm Home Discount webpage here.
What is the Warm Home Discount (WHD)?
The Warm Home Discount scheme is a one-off £150 discount off your electricity bill. If you’re eligible, your electricity supplier will apply the discount to your bill. The money is not paid to you.
You may be able to get the discount on your gas bill instead if your supplier provides you with both gas and electricity and you’re eligible. Contact your supplier to find out.

OVO are apparently on the ball, too. You should be able to register your interest if you need to apply, so that OVO can alert you by email when applications can be submitted:

I’m glad to see a couple of our volunteers have already stopped by to help out here, I hope you found their advice helpful.
As they’ve mentioned, the DWP hasn’t yet opened the scheme for this year. If you’re in Scotland, and wish to register your interest, you can do so as suggested by Firedog;

Has anyone managed to apply for the Broader Group in Scotland yet?
Are these actually open yet? I know the links have gone up in past day but have they worked for anyone?

According to the internet ovo has already opened application now, but i have not been notified or i can find no link to apply

OVO Support has checked the state of play. This is what I got back from them:
For customers in Scotland we submit a 'registration of interest' and then send out the application forms once it has begun, which I believe is at the beginning of October.
