MCS certificate missing? how can i get one?

Solar panels were fitted over a year ago and despite many messages I can get MCS certificate to claim payment for electricity i send into the grid. What can I do?

I can see ​@Blastoise186 has come through with some helpful info here. I just wanted to add that, if you aren’t having any luck with your installer, you could try contacting  MCS Certified on 0333 103 8130, or email hello@mcscertified.com.

Hi ​@Snorkfish ,

If memory serves you’ll need to ask your solar installer for that one. There’s no way for OVO to obtain it for you unless it was OVO who installed them.

Thanks for that. I've been trying to get them to send it for the last year. Nothing forthcoming.
