I was referred to Charis and told I would receive the small measure pack within 10 days - on 27 November 2025 - this was put through Lightning Reach and the status has been sitting like this since then. There are no contact details for Charis on the site and when I enquired with Lightning Reach a few weeks ago I was told it was in hand and I would hear from them soon. On checking the site today the status is the same. Anyone else waiting? Anyone know what's happening?
At the same time I was referred to Exertis for Energy efficiency measures and I received a SMART plug a few days later… not sure how that is supposed to help me stay warm but hopefully if the heated blanket ever appears I will be able to switch it off and on using the SMART plug?

I reached out to the team, and they let me know that there was a slight delay in getting the packs sent out. The good news is that Charis has just started sending them out and is working hard to get through the backlog!
Rest assured, your pack is definitely on its way to you! Unfortunately, I can’t provide an exact timeline for when it will arrive, and I know that waiting isn’t the easiest.
