Zappi charger charge anytime app doesn’t work (error 220)

Error 220

so I had no joy charging our car on the  anytime app so called and was instructed to log out and reconnect with the zappi 2.1 it worked but only for one day . Now when I try the same thing it will not let me into the app saying error 220 . I am not stuck with no communication with Ovo due to being only a weekday support. So I have to go to a supermarket to charge and waste money again after paying for the highest monthly tariff. Any thoughts? I just want to be able to plug iin and charge is this too much to ask?

This one requires the team to diagnose I’m afraid. Try 0330 175 9678 or chargeanytime@ovo.com - email may be easier if you can’t reach out during opening hours.

If you’re experiencing Zappi issues and need to speak to myenergi, rather than Charge Anytime, their contact details can be found here.

Have you had a chance to get in touch with them yet? If not, I’d definitely recommend doing so.

Sorted this issue it would not connect to the internet so I had to go in via the IP address as the installer had changed the password. Sometimes I think the myenergi app and the ovo charge anytime app conflict with eachother so I have to delete the Zappi charger from the ovo app and then install it again which is a pain but at least I know what to do now until this glitch is fixed

It’s great to hear that you fixed your issues! Just wondering, did the installer mentioned anything about changing the password? It can be a little tricky when those things aren’t communicated, right?
