I had credit on my public charging voucher from my month i was with ovo.
I have since left and the credit has disappeared too ?
Is that normal as the voucher had a longer expiry code and I was entitled to that voucher

Hey
Blastoise has already helped with the correct answer above that you’ll lose access to any public charging credit if you cancel your plan or leave OVO.
You can find it within the Charge Anytime FAQ section under “How does my public charging voucher work” and it specifically says “If you leave OVO, cancel your monthly plan, or move to pay as you go, you’ll no longer be able to access any remaining voucher credit in your public charging wallet.”
The Charge Anytime team have said that if you did sign back up to Charge Anytime again then you’ll have access to any of the remaining funds on the voucher. I hope this helps!
