Volvo C40 recharge 2023 charge anytime rate?

Hello

I have just purchased a Volvo C40 recharge 2023 and I have linked my Volvo app to my OVO account and the car is charging fine so far...but in the OVO charge app it is telling me I am paying 14p per KWH and not the 7p which is what the charge anytime says I should be paying! Anyone had this issue?

Not sure it’s the same issue, but back when I was with OVO and got the VW preferential rate (7p) the app would show charging at 14p and then I’d get an additional credit on my bill each month to bring the cost back down to what it should be.

Was an absolute pain and meant it was impossible to really ever work out what I was spending and whether it was being correctly billed, but it did seem to work out about right overall.
